No. BONUM HEALTH is designed to handle non-emergency medical issues. You should NOT use telehealth if you are experiencing a medical emergency. Please call 911 and get an immediate help for your health complaints.

Login to your BONUM HEALTH account and schedule an appointment with a Physician. All you require is an internet connection and a computer or a mobile device to set up an appointment. The consultation can be conducted via telephone or online, using live video chat.

With very few exceptions, BONUM HEALTH is accessible anywhere, virtually in the USA. All you need is an internet connection or a U.S.-based phone number that can receive calls.

The average response time for a BONUM HEALTH is currently just 15 minutes, and it remains our ongoing goal to reduce response time and enhance the member experience.

Yes. Members must be at least 18 years of age. Dependents can be minors, however, a guardian must conduct the medical consultation on behalf of an underage dependent that has an account.

Doctors are available in all major languages available.

Your BONUM HEALTH service is active as soon as you make your first payment and pay your registration fee. You are required to activate your account and complete your medical history to start using the services.

A family membership entitles the following family members to BONUM HEALTH services: You may have up to 6 family members in total.

Yes. BONUM HEALTH is not an insurance company, so there no  exclusions. You have no access denials and no additional fees because of a pre-existing condition.

Standard medical consultations are approximately 10 minutes long and most visits are completed within this time frame. The physician has the option to extend the visit at no additional charge to the patient.

  • If you cannot go online, then call our Health Services Support Center and our courteous and knowledgeable representatives will talk you through each step of the process.

Providers have the option to make themselves available online or by telephone or both. Their availability may vary depending on the time of day, the day of the week, and if they have computer access. If they are only available by phone, then that will be the only way to connect with that provider at that specific time.

Prescriptions

Yes. If the doctor believes medication is necessary, he or she can provide a prescription for non-narcotic medications (i.e. no controlled substances), which will be sent directly to your preferred pharmacy.

Please note: Some state laws require the provider to prescribe medication only in certain situations, which is also subject to certain limitations.

For ease of getting your prescription, MDlive will transfer your prescription to the closest pharmacy based on your location or your alternative pharmacy preference listed on the portal or the app.

Currently, MDlive doctors do not send any lab work. If they feel lab work is necessary they will refer you to your primary care doctor or an urgent care facility.

Security and Privacy

Yes. MDlive is compliant with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and will only share your information with your selected member physician and pharmacy.

Yes, we use “Secure email” that encrypts all the email communication between you and your provider before it is sent and is then stored in a secure manner in compliance with HIPAA regulations. You will have access to your emails at any time.

Confidentiality is a respected part of BONUM HEALTH’s Code of Ethics. We take your privacy very seriously. Bonum Health is HIPAA complaint at the minimum to protect your information. Some states have stern laws in place to protect your personal health information. MDLIVE can share your information with your primary care provider in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

Membership Subscription

No, there is no refund on canceling either of the plans including monthly and annual. However, the subscription is canceled immediately so that you do not get charged further.

Your service will renew automatically on your plan anniversary date.
